PBX In A Flash Scripts

The install-hamachi program is now ready for download and installation for Asterisk 1.4. This script has been tested extensively with PBX in a Flash Version 1.2 running Asterisk 1.4 and will only work with it. We only support PBX In A Flash so don't ask us to port it to one of the "other" systems.

This script will install Hamachi onto PBX in a Flash systems and provide a zero-configuration Virtual Private Network between them. This has many advantages from allowing service technicians into your PBX in a Flash system in a secure fashion to allowing to to connect back into your PBX system from the outside using a softphone in a secure and encrypted way.

Program requirements

• At least two working and configured PBX in a Flash Version 1.2 systems
• Internet access

NOTE

This is a fairly detailed and complex guide and is targeted at people who understand something about Linux. At the moment there is no way to simplify this.

Also we have not outlined any of the available uses of Hamachi with PBX in a Flash as that would entail an entire book!
